These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Street Link, including the website, mobile app, community features, map features, meet planning, route tools, garage profiles and related services (together, the “Service”). By using Street Link, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Street Link is

Street Link is a community and organization tool for car enthusiasts. It helps drivers and crews discover like-minded people, organize meets, share routes, maintain garage profiles, link existing group chats and optionally share location with selected visibility settings.

Street Link is not a replacement for safe driving, common sense, traffic laws or event permissions. The Service is designed to support car culture responsibly — not to encourage illegal activity.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally allowed to use the Service in your country and old enough to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service, impersonate others, spam, harass users or create safety risks.

3. Safety, roads and legal use

You are solely responsible for your driving behavior. Always follow applicable traffic laws, local regulations, venue rules and instructions from authorities or event organizers.

• Do not use Street Link to organize or promote illegal street racing.
• Do not use the app while driving in a way that distracts you or endangers others.
• Performance timing features must only be used in private, closed, legal and safe environments.
• Meet locations and routes must respect property rights, local rules and public safety.

4. Location sharing and privacy controls

Street Link may include optional location-based features such as live map visibility, nearby drivers, meet locations, routes and Safe Zones. You control whether and how your location is shared through the available settings.

Location features can be sensitive. Only share your location with people and crews you trust. For more details about data handling, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. Crews, meets and group chat links

Street Link can help crews organize themselves and may allow links to external group chats such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or Discord. These external services are not operated by Street Link. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

If you create or manage a crew, meet or external chat link, you are responsible for the content, accuracy, legality and safety of the information you publish.

6. User content

You may upload or create content such as usernames, profile images, garage entries, vehicle photos, crew information, routes, meet descriptions and notes (“User Content”). You remain responsible for your User Content.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, privacy-invasive or otherwise harmful. You grant Street Link the rights necessary to host, display and process your User Content for operating the Service.

7. Paid features, subscriptions and shop

Some features may be free, paid, limited, experimental or marked as coming soon. Pricing, availability and included features may change before or after launch.

Merchandise may be sold through external shop providers, including Spreadshop. Purchases made through external shops are handled by the respective shop provider and are subject to that provider’s terms, checkout process, shipping rules and return policies.

8. Availability and changes

Street Link may change, improve, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We try to keep the Service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact map accuracy, route accuracy or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Link disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

Map, route, location, timing and performance information can be inaccurate or delayed. Do not rely on the Service as your only source for navigation, safety decisions or legal compliance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or safety-related consequences resulting from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, abuse the Service or use Street Link for illegal or unsafe activity.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
